CentrumAI provides AI-powered video clipping services that:

• Analyze videos to find viral moments.
• Generate short clips in vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9) formats.
• Auto-post clips to connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok).

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 clips per month.
• Pro Plan: $29/month for 50 clips, AI detection, auto-posting.
• Business Plan: $99/month for unlimited clips and advanced features.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your videos and clips. CentrumAI claims no ownership over your content. However, you grant us a license to process your videos for clipping purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or fraud.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent our security.
• Interfere with the service's operation.

7. Copyright Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CentrumAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated clips may not always be perfect or viral.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentrumAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
